"The box showed up crushed..."
The box showed up crushed, and the jewelry was just loose inside with maybe one or two bits of padding at most. It didn’t feel very secure, and the packaging could’ve been a lot better.
"Looked dull and not like the photos"
I was disappointed when it arrived. The stone looked way cloudier and flatter in person than it did in the pictures, and the finish had this uneven shine around the edges that made it feel kind of cheap. I also got the feeling there were little extra costs baked in somewhere, because the overall quality just didn’t match what I thought I was paying for. Not really happy with it.

I had to chase them a couple of times about my refund, which was annoying. It did come through in the end though, so it wasn’t a terrible experience or anything. Just wish it had been sorted a bit quicker.

This didn’t fit at all and the sizing felt completely wrong. I ordered what should’ve been my usual size, but it was nowhere close. On top of that, having to go through verification over and over again just made the whole experience even more annoying.

"Pretty, but kinda uncomfortable"
It looked really cute when I got it, so I was excited at first. But after wearing it for a while, it just wasn’t super comfortable. The earrings started to feel sort of heavy after a few hours, and the necklace kept rubbing my neck in an annoying way. I really wanted to like it more, but comfort-wise it just didn’t really work for me.

The quality is okay overall. I got it after my sister mentioned she was curious about it too, it’s not bad for everyday use. Nothing amazing, but it does the job
"Easy checkout, no weird surprises"
Checkout was smooth, honestly. I kept waiting for some random extra fee to pop up at the end, because that seems to happen everywhere, but nope, the total stayed what I expected. The only thing is I kind of wish the shipping cost showed up a little earlier in the process, just so I knew what I was working with before getting all the way to checkout. Not a huge deal, just one of those little things you notice...

"Wrong necklace showed up"
I ordered a silver birthstone necklace, but they literally sent me a gold one with the wrong stone. The weird part is the packing slip had my order listed correctly, so I’m not sure how that even happened. I emailed them and I’m still waiting to hear back. Frustrating, especially since it was supposed to be a gift.

"Pretty at first, but disappointing quality"
I really wanted to like this because it looked so nice when it arrived, but the quality just wasn’t there. The clasp felt kind of cheap right away, and one of the stones was noticeably crooked. After wearing it only twice, the plating already started looking patchy. I reached out to support, but it felt like they were blaming me for how I wore or handled it instead of acknowledging the issue. Frustrating and not worth the money.

"Frustrating exchange experience"
I tried to exchange a bracelet, but the whole process was sorta frustrating. The replies were slow, the instructions weren’t very clear, and I ended up paying extra for return shipping. The refund also took way longer than I expected. I really wanted it to work out, but I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

I had a smooth time using the website. Pages loaded quickly, and I was able to find what I needed without digging around too much. Checkout was straightforward too, which I always appreciate. I did feel like the filters could be a little more helpful, but it wasn’t a big deal. Support was friendly as well, they basically said something like, “You should be able to narrow it down from the category page,” which helped a bit. Overall, it was a good experience...

The jewelry itself was fine once it finally arrived, but the timing was just not great. Shipping took way longer than I expected, and I barely got any updates, so I kept checking and wondering where my order was. Maybe I just ordered at a bad time, but it was still annoying. Not the worst experience, just kind of frustrating.

"Pretty bracelet, but the whole process was hit or miss"
I ordered a bracelet from everlinxjewelry as a gift, but the first one showed up with a tiny stone missing, which was really frustrating. I emailed them right away and it kind of felt like their customer service works when it wants to, because it took a few days before I got an actual helpful response. They did ask for photos and eventually sent me a replacement, so it got handled in the end. The bracelet is nice, but the experience was definitely not as smooth or fast as I hoped.

I picked up this bracelet for my sister’s birthday, i thought it was really cute when it arrived. It came in good condition and looked like a sweet little gift. My only small complaint is that the box felt a bit plain, and in my opinion, a nicer presentation would’ve made it feel more special

I reached out to support about my order and got barely any help. It took days to hear back, and when they finally replied, it felt like a copy-paste answer that didn’t actually address what I asked. Super frustrating experience. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they seriously improve their support.

"Delivery took too long"
The jewelry was okay once it finally arrived, but the delivery really made the experience frustrating. My order took longer than I expected, and because the tracking updates weren’t very clear, I kept having to check and guess what was going on. So even though the item itself was fine, the long wait kind of took away from it. I’d be careful ordering again if I needed it by a specific date.

"Personalization missed the mark"
I was disappointed with my order. I made sure to enter the personalization details carefully, but the jewelry that showed up didn’t match what I asked for. With regular jewelry I might be more forgiving, but for something custom, getting the details right is kind of the whole point. Maybe it depends on the item or who handles the order, and other people may have had a better experience, but mine felt rushed and not checked properly. I probably wouldn’t order personalized pieces from them again.
